Car rental at YVR, handed over at arrivals
Renting at Vancouver International normally means a train to the car park, a queue at a counter and a walk to a numbered bay. We do none of that. We meet you at arrivals with the car and the keys, or leave it in short-term parking if you would rather come out on your own schedule.
We watch the flight rather than the booking, so the car is there when you clear customs, not when the plane was due. Delivery to YVR is included, and so is the collection when you fly out.
One-way works too: land at YVR and leave the car anywhere in our service areas. It is quoted case by case, and confirmed before anything is charged.

01Where exactly do you meet me at YVR?
At arrivals, once you are through customs, with the car and the keys. If you would rather not be met, we leave it in short-term parking and send you the bay number. Either way there is no counter and no shuttle.
02What if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight, not the booking time, so the handover moves with it. There is no charge for a delay that is not yours.
03Can I return the car at the terminal?
Yes. We collect from departures, or from your hotel on the way if that is easier. There is no return desk to find.
04Is delivery to the airport extra?
No. Delivery to YVR is included, as it is anywhere in Vancouver and Richmond.
05Can I land at YVR and drop the car somewhere else?
Yes. One-way between any two points in our service areas is quoted case by case, and confirmed before anything is charged.
06Do you rent at the South Terminal as well?
Yes. Tell us which terminal when you book and we will be at the right one.
